Thank you for shopping with Flavorsuri! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when returning products. Please read our Return Policy carefully below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items purchased from Flavorsuri. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Items that are worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, which can be found in the confirmation email or your account on our website.
Note: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at info@flavorsuri.com or call us at 503-393-0164 to inform us about your return request. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not return any items without first receiving an RMA number.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if applicable) and include all accessories, manuals, and original packing materials to prevent damage during return shipping. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift Cards: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for gift cards.
- Personalized or Custom Products: Any products that have been personalized, customized, or specially ordered cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used (such as food, skincare, or health products) are not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as if the returned item is damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, international customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are non-refundable.
